HOW TO EAT - WHAT TO EAT

The way we eat affects not only the digestion and the assimilation of what we eat but also our state of mind. For good assimilation of the nutritive elements, the correct attitude is peace, calm, silence, respect and joy.

Dr. DeBavelaere will suggest, depending on the ailments, certain food restrictions. We know that it is not easy to choose between habits and ailments, but the choice is yours. It is important to advise him if you do not change your eating habits.

Food quality and presentation are of the utmost importance and should never be neglected. Quantity varies from one person to another. The suggestions below are only a summary.

Generally we have to increase

Egg yolk, raw or slightly cooked point Helps cholesterol to flow. Use a very fresh and clean egg from free range chickens fed with grains. Egg white contains avidin which interferes with biotin absorption.
Dry organic fruits    
Whole organic cereals point cereals and beans = complete protein
Extra virgin olive oils (1st cold pressed)    
Margarine point Organic herbs and spices High polyunsaturated e.g. Fleischman unsalted or Earth Balance. Margarine (Earth Balance, non GMO, non-hydrogenated type ) is better is better than butter because dairy products overload the lymphatic system. This causes, for example, fluid retention in women. At least 30% of the population is dairy intolerant.

Yellow organic potatoes point White ones are reserved for pigs only in France. Yellow are easier to digest.
