DAIRY SENSITIVITIES

The culprit for dairy sensitivities lies in part in the dairy processing:

Pasteurization: kills the enzymes necessary for the digestion of milk and transforms milk proteins into allergens

Homogenization: produces fat particles so small they pass through the intestinal barrier, thus are never assimilated. Although the human liver produces some enzymes, it does not possess the necessary enzymes to digest these unnatural lipids. Homogenization also produces some enzymes proven irritating to the arterial wall. This is an acknowledged factor in infarction and coronary disease.

Milk is a by-product of a lymphatic system. Taken from the cow, it is not easily digested by the human liver. The undigested part is eliminated by the human lymphatic system. It provokes and increases mucous membrane secretions, and inflammation of the lymphatic glands (tonsillitis, adenoids and appendicitis).
This is the number one cause of chronic ear infections.

With dairy sensitivities, for some patients, even a tablespoon a week or a cookie containing milk products is too much. Particularly for children, check food for any suspect reaction. Beware of hidden dairy products (bread, tartar sauce, butter to cook food etc.)

Non organic dairy products are charged with chlorine derived pesticides which are proven carcinogens.
Non organic dairy products also contain genetically  engineered growth hormones which do not produce cancer but do promote the growth of established cancer. This is why breast cancer is associated with countries where dairy products are widely consumed.

For example, a Japanese woman  lifespan is on average 84 years. Breast cancer in Japan is the lowest level of all developed countries. The word cheese doesn’t  even exist in Japanese! But if a Japanese woman moves to the United States and changes her diet, she becomes more susceptible to breast cancer.

The level of pesticides in breast milk is particularly high.  It exceeds 10 to 20 times the tolerated amount.  In the blood of the umbilical cord, 200 chemicals have been found.  Of these, 180 are known carcinogens.
